2. Steel column installation

(1) Due to the large weight and length of the steel columns, they cannot be manufactured and transported at one time. Therefore, they are produced in sections, assembled on site as a whole and then hoisted. It is planned to divide the steel columns into two sections. The steel columns were transported to the site in two sections: the lower lattice part and the upper H-shaped steel column. The weight of the steel column is about 6 tons, and the height is about 17 meters. A 50-ton truck crane can be used to meet the lifting requirements, supplemented by a 25-ton truck crane for lifting.

(2) Single-machine rotary lifting is used for hoisting. Before lifting, place wooden squares at the base of the steel column to prevent the steel column from damaging the base during the lifting process. When lifting the steel column, the crane should lift the hook and rotate the arm to make the steel column vertically lift off the ground, and place the column into the mouth of the cup.

Routine maintenance

1. After our Xinjiang steel structure factory is installed, owners are not allowed to change the structure without permission, disassemble any bolts and other components, and add or reduce partition walls. If any parts need to be changed, they must consult with the manufacturer, and the manufacturer will judge whether the changes can be made. The steel structure must be painted and maintained once after being used for about 3 years, so as to improve the beauty and safety of the building. Steel structure factories are connected by steel structure components, so when using electrical equipment, such as wires, they should be isolated by wire troughs and conduits to avoid electric shock accidents.

2. Steel structure workshops must be cleaned and maintained regularly. Under normal circumstances, inspection and maintenance are required once a year.
